The Nancy Foster Scholarship Application Program is now OPEN. Applications are due February 22, 2012 at 5pm EST. Those eligible to apply are : United States citizens currently pursuing or intending to pursue a masters or doctoral level degree in oceanography, maritime archeology or marine biology. Studies must be conducted on a full-time basis.
